Juhu Beach cleaning About the Event The students of Sathaye College's Nature Club participated in the Beach Cleaning Drive at Juhu Beach onWednesday, 6 th September, 2017, along with Students For Development (SFD) NGO. In total 26 studentsparticipated in clean up derive. Since Ganeshotsav ended on 5 th September, there was a lot of garbage on thebeach. Idols made up of Plaster of Paris (POP) had floated back to the shore as it is insoluble in water. Food,bottles, plastic bags etc. were literally scattered all over the beach. But Our Students and also some otherinstitutions worked voluntarily for cleaning the beach and bringing it back to its natural beauty thus setting anexcellent example for the others to follow.
